MEET BRIAN ORME
Brian Orme serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Christian Relief (GCR), bringing over nine years of senior leadership within the organization and extensive expertise in global ministry operations.
Brian previously held roles as Chief Field Operations Officer and Vice President of Communications, significantly expanding GCR's global impact across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. His strategic vision and operational acumen have enhanced GCR’s ability to deliver culturally sensitive, highly effective support to persecuted Christian communities.
Before joining GCR, Brian served as Senior Editor for Outreach magazine and launched ChurchLeaders.com as its founding editor—demonstrating his entrepreneurial drive and innovative approach to media and outreach. Additionally, Brian has more than 12 years of pastoral leadership experience, equipping churches to engage deeply with their communities and the global church. Brian holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Cedarville University and a M.A. in Biblical Studies from Trinity Bible College and Seminary.
An expert in empowering persecuted Christians, Brian passionately amplifies their voices through strategic storytelling and advocacy. His leadership embodies integrity, innovation, and strategic excellence, guiding GCR forward in faithfully serving and protecting vulnerable Christian communities worldwide.
Brian and Jenna, his wife of 29 years, have four sons and two daughters-in-law and live in Dayton, Ohio.
