Spread the gospel
We enable the church to spread the Gospel to the wider world through evangelism, ensuring that the message of hope reaches those who need it most.
are
global christian reliefOur Mission is to create a movement of prayer and support for persecuted Christians so they can be a light for the Gospel in their communities.
The focus of our work has two important outcomes:
Support persecuted Christians around the world.
Wherever there's an attack, violence, discrimination, disaster, or need, GCR mobilizes its network to help sustain the Body of Christ.
This often includes: emergency medical aid, food kits, safe houses, legal aid, vocational training and micro loans, programs for children, Bibles and discipleship training, pastoral training, and more.
Awaken the U.S. Church to the stories and needs of their suffering family.
Today, there's a lack of understanding and awareness in the U.S. Church about persecution. We have a goal of informing every American Christian about the reality of persecution and inspiring them to step into the story of the global Church.
When Sacred Heart Church in India was attacked by extremist mobs, GCR was the first to deliver video footage, share on social media, and bring this story to national news outlets—opening the eyes of millions to the atrocities against Christians in India and around the world.
Since 2014, there has been a global surge in Christian persecution, fueled by: conflicts in the Arab world, the rise of Hindu nationalism in India, Xi Jinping’s technological control in China, the spread of Islamic extremism in Sub-Saharan Africa, and escalating crime and corruption in Latin America.
As followers of Christ, we cannot ignore these events unfolding before our eyes. It is crucial that the Body of Christ stands united in solidarity with our persecuted brothers and sisters.
When our persecuted family experiences disaster, attacks,
violence, or extreme discrimination, a swift response can make all the difference. Driven by our 5 pillars, we maintain direct communication with the field, allowing us to respond rapidly to the needs of the Body of Christ.
In addition to providing immediate support, we also offer long-term assistance and visionary projects to help persecuted Christian communities remain a light for the Gospel.
Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering. – Hebrews 13:3
In a world of increasing religious persecution, these five pillars represent our comprehensive strategy to support and empower the persecuted church globally. By addressing both immediate needs and underlying causes, our holistic model enables the church to not only survive but thrive amidst adversity, ensuring the gospel light continues to shine brightly.

Your Gifts Make a Difference
“The audio Bible, it has blessed me. I am very happy that I am able to listen to gospels. It makes me very joyful in hard times. I forget all the pain that comes my way, and I am encouraged. I am very thankful from the depth of my heart.”
— Pulmaya, an illiterate new believer and former witch doctor in Nepal“It was GCR’s partners who assisted me and provided for all my needs, including food, water, my children’s health care, shelter, a bed to lie on… Everything is from them. They have helped me so much. All I can say is may God repay you for your generosity!”
— Deborah, a persecuted Nigerian Christian who escaped Boko Haram“I prayed for freedom and God answered. When we found out you were going to pay off our debt, we were thrilled. We couldn’t sleep, we were so excited. God sent us angels to bless us, and now we are free. [It] reminds me of the story of Moses.”

What is your statement of faith?
I believe in God,

the Father almighty,

Creator of heaven and earth,

and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,

who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,

born of the Virgin Mary,

suffered under Pontius Pilate,

was crucified, died and was buried;

he descended into hell;

on the third day he rose again from the dead;

he ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty;
from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,

the holy catholic Church,

the communion of saints,

the forgiveness of sins,

the resurrection of the body,

and life everlasting.

Amen.
