This is a story of how a former witch doctor in Nepal found faith in Christ and experienced the transformative power of God’s Word through an audio Bible. Pulmaya, unable to read or write, faced the challenge of growing in her newfound faith without access to Scripture. In a country with 127 languages and widespread poverty, many Christians like Pulmaya struggle to engage with the Bible.

Through the support of generous donors and local partners, Pulmaya received an audio Bible, allowing her to listen to God’s Word in her heart language for the first time. Now, she finds joy and strength in listening to the Gospels throughout her day, despite facing persecution for her faith.

However, thousands of other Christians around the world still lack access to Scripture and face similar challenges. They need our prayer and support to stand firm in their faith.
